Greek Handmade Ceramic Beads - Glazed or Metallic Coated |

These beads start as kiln-fired terracotta beads. The glazed beads are finished with a slip coating, then fired for a third and final time. They are handmade in Europe and have some unusual shapes. Most of the beads have a hole size which is big enough to fit through the greek leather we sell. The metallic coated beads are created using a process which coats the beads in one of four different metals: Silver Gold Bronze or Copper |

We have over 30 different colours of greek ceramic beads as you can see from the colour chart below, including classic, raku (crackle glaze) and iridescent beads (giving an ‘oil-slick’ kind of sheen on the beads). In addition, we have Coated Metallic Beads in Silver, Gold, Bronze or Copper.There are some variations in size in these beads, as they are all handmade. |
