Shipping & Payment

Customers within the UK:

Customers in the UK may pay via Paypal, cheque or postal order.  When paying by cheque or postal order, your order will be delivered on receipt of payment.  You can send your cheque or postal order payment to either Purple Beech office address.  If we haven`t received your payment after a maximum of 7 days, the items ordered will be re-listed for sale.

If you have any problems making your payment, please email to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you .

Postage charges are calculated based on order weight and destination. 

All packages are sent via First Class or Standard Parcel Post for UK orders.  We aim to dispatch all orders promptly upon receipt of cleared payment - if there are delays we will endeavour to notify you by email. Once items are dispatched, UK orders usually arrive within 2-5 days.

Postage costs are for a standard non-insured service only, and as such we can take no responsibility for loss or damage once orders enter the postal system. We always obtain a certificate of posting for all orders.

Insured and Next Day Delivery:  If you would like to opt for either of these services, please let us know in an email and we will confirm extra postage costs to you.

Customers outside of the UK:

Our automatic paypal system is set up to calculate postage for UK orders only,  however if we receive payment via paypal, we can calculate your additional postage costs and send a paypal invoice to cover post & packaging.  Alternatively, please email or telephone us and we will email a paypal invoice to you for the total cost of your order.
